Q) How do I subscribe?

A) We thought you'd never ask :) Just click at the top of each page. Ordering is simple.

Q) What kind of socks will I receive?

A) You will receive a pair of fun, fresh and interesting socks each month. The designs are colorful, exciting and the socks themselves are of high quality material. They are 75% cotton, 20% polyester and 5% spandex.

Q) Do I choose the socks that I receive?

A) No. Anticipating what awesome new designs we will surprise you with will be fun in itself. We hand pick the best designs and make sure that you get a different pair each month.

Q) Will the socks fit me?

A) The women's socks will fit a shoe size of 4 to 11. The men's socks will fit a shoe size of 6 to 12.

Q) What kind of candy will I receive?

A) We include a few pieces of candy in the package. It may be taffy, caramels or some other variety. We strive to find novelty type candy that is not available on most check out stands. We stay away from peanut type candies just in case people have allergies. The candy is always fresh and sealed in it's original wrapper.

Q) How much does it cost?

A) The subscription is $12.50 per month and shipping is included.

Q) When do I get charged?

A) You are charged the day that you sign up. After that, your card will be charged automatically once a month. The recurring charge will be no earlier than 3 days prior to the date you signed up. For example if you signed up on the 15th of January, you are charged on that date. You are then charged somewhere between the 12th and the 15th of February, March etc.

Q) When will I receive my package?

A) If you subscribed between the 1st and the 15th, your package will ship on the 16th. If you subscribed between the 16th and the 31st, your package will ship on the 1st. We ship by USPS First Class Mail and you should allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your package.

Q) What locations do you ship to?

A) Currently, we ship to the United States.

Q) What should I do if my shipping address has changed?

A) If your shipping address has changed, you can log into your to change it or you can contact us and we can change it.

Q) Is my credit card information secure?

A) Yes. Your credit card and personal information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database. This high grade encryption process safeguards your personal information and keeps it inaccessible to unauthorized personnel.

Q) What is your return/refund policy?

A) We believe that ordering socks from us should be a fun and happy experience. If you are not satisfied with your socks for any reason, just send them back within 7 days and we will give you a refund.

Q) How do I cancel or suspend my subscription?

A) You may cancel by logging into your account and by clicking cancel. If you need further assistance or want to suspend your subscription, please contact us.
